Subject: Hi...Need help.
I bought Kflop+kanalog board for rebuild my machine.

But...I didn't know about any Know-How/Experience wiring, electric Information at all..

How can I start it to make a machine?

What can I do to make a controll box with mitshubishi mr-j2s/j3 20a,40a...

I have been reading a mitsbishi servo drive manual over and over. So If I find out a match mitshubishi servo to kanalog, I may make it..

I think there is no topic in yahoo group dealing with mitshubishi servo with kanalog..I couldn't find at all except yaskawa one..

Is there any a topic about wiring with mitsbishi servo?...

If you remember any topic included using servo, (mitsbishi one is best.)
please let me know.

I may not ask any question now in this situation..
I need more Information for make it..

Need help, please give some link of topic about something can help me.

Sorry to just ask without any background..

Thanks.

Can you send the installation manual of that drive?
The drive must have an analog voltage input for speed reference, or a pulse and direction inputs for position reference, which you have to connect them to the analog output of the kanalog, there are examples in the dynomotion site. Also the servo drive must have 6 outputs, indicating its position a,/a,b,/b, z,/z, which you have to connect them on the kanalog JP1, differential inputs.

i use j2s servos- wrote out wiring instructions years ago on cnc zone- all in this thread.
Got my MR-J2S40 Mitsubishi servo drives turning and a few questions..

2 ways of doing it!
id use step and direction input as the drives close the loop superbly- with no tuning problems.
they use serial encoders so you cant use encoder input direct to kflop.- must use the outputs from the drive.- this also works ok but is harder to tune correctly.- this is for torque mode using analogue .
